Take a day or two off, catch up on sleep, I guarantee you won't lose any fitness. One day I actually got to the gym, got on the cardio machine, went for about five minutes, decided I just wasn't feeling it, and just went home. Sometimes you just have weeks like that. But then this week I got new gym shoes and have had an awesome workout week so far. Don't be too hard on yourself. (Easier said than done, I know).
