1. No music (unless it's me or another runner singing)
2. No more than 2 falls
3. Don't get lost
4. Finish in under 6 and a half hours (that's a biggie)
5. Take it easy on the first 10 miles, see how I feel the second 10, push it for the last 10 - survive the one after that!

I had a great night of sleep, really wasn't nervous at all - time to head out to 50K number 2!
