Trying to stay positive

I have bronchitis. I can't run. I don't know when I'll be able to run again. I'm on a ton of meds so hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. My marathon is in 20 days. Obviously if you read this blog you love to hear me complaining but if I got started today it would be really excessive. Let's just say I have never been so sick in  my adult life.

I know its not the end of the world, I just need to focus on rest, hydration, and getting better right now. Since I can't post about running, any ideas for something positive and fun to post about? Anything you are dying to know about me?

  1. Oh man! I'm so sorry! Though you have been good about taking days off, so maybe your body will recover easily since you haven't been pushing and running when you shouldn't.

  5. Aww, I'm so sorry! You'll be better in time for your marathon and the rest might even do you some good.

You've been doing some awesome long runs so just remember those all count and try to focus on the good stuff.

I think you should do a post of the funniest pics you have of your hubs and explain them. Because his pics crack me up!

  6. Praying that you have a quick recovery!! I just started following your blog not that long ago so I was wondering how did you get started with running? I just started my journey and would like to start to run, but I just can't find the motivation and the strength to do it. By that I mean I feel so disgusting when I run and I feel as though people are laughing at me because I'm so big, so how did you start?

  8. It turned into bronchitis?! Now I know I did not give you my sinus infection through the phone. Hope you feel better quick.

And maybe a post about a good book? I need something good to read.
